Multimodal Laparoscopy Group:Hemihepatectomy performed using a domestically developed multimodal laparoscopic system.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histologically confirmed or radiologically diagnosed primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2.Age between 18 and 75 years; 3.ECOG performance status of 0–1; 4.Tumor localized to either the left or right hemiliver, with anticipated feasibility of hemihepatectomy; 5.No evidence of vascular invasion or distant metastasis; 6.Child-Pugh classification A or B; 7.Normal liver, renal, and bone marrow function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (e.g., radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted or immunotherapy); 2.History of malignancies outside the liver; 3.Non-hepatocellular carcinoma pathology; 4.Clinical evidence of significant portal hypertension, such as esophageal varices, splenomegaly (>12 cm), or platelet count <10×10?/mL; 5.Presence of severe comorbidities involving other systems or organs that constitute contraindications to surgery.
