65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with hip fractures undergoing prosthetic femoral head replacement,; 2. Regardless of gender,; 3. Age 65-90,; 4. BMI 18.5- 25kg /m^2; 5. ASA Grade I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic or intolerant to lavender essential oil in the past; 2.For any reason (severe visual, auditory, or verbal communication impairments), neuropsychological measurements and score measurements cannot be completed; 3.Patients who did not undergo surgery within 7 days of admission; 4.The score of literacy on the post-admission mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) was lower (illiterates =17, primary schools =20, junior high schools and above =23); 5.With central nervous system or psychiatric disorders,; 6.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other systemic lesions,; 7.A history of alcoholism or psychotropic drug dependence.
