Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Family members of study participants voluntarily join the study and sign an informed consent form 2. (1) Age>=18 years old; (2) Clinical diagnosis of ischemic and/or hemorrhagic stroke; (3) breathing with a tracheotomy tube; (4) The course of the disease is within 1 year; (5) Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) 90%; (7) Stable vital signs (including body temperature: 36~38°C, blood pressure: between 90~140/60~90 cmH2O.) Heart rate between 50~100 beats/min, respiration rate: 12~26 beats/min, oxygen saturation: 90%~100%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are using ß receptor blockers; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, or unstable cardiovascular states, such as fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate, poor cardiac prognosis, or patients requiring vasoactive drugs;
