Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea at our hospital; (2) According to the guidelines of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, patients require the use of a home care ventilator for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or postpartum women; (2) Age younger than 18 years or older than 80 years; (3) Patients with conditions unsuitable for the use of a home care ventilator, such as claustrophobia or facial structural abnormalities.
