Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants voluntarily join the study and their parents sign the Informed Consent Form; (2) They have normal vision or normal vision after correction, with no color blindness or color weakness; (3) They have not received systematic interventions such as exercise intervention and cognitive behavior therapy; (4) They have normal vision or normal vision after correction, with no color blindness or color weakness; (5) They have no physical disabilities, heart diseases or other contraindications to exercise; (6) They are adolescents in grades 5 - 6 of primary school; (7) Their PHQ9 or GAD7 scale scores are less than 10 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have received systematic interventions such as exercise intervention and cognitive behavior therapy; (2) Have abnormal vision; (3) Have physical disabilities, heart diseases or other contraindications to exercise; (4) Their PHQ9 or GAD7 scale scores are greater than or equal to 10 points.
