Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral cochlear implantation surgery; 2. No malformations or abnormalities in the middle ear, cochlea, or auditory nerve; 3. Uneventful cochlear implantation with all electrodes fully inserted. 4. Ability to cooperate with pre- and postoperative hearing and speech discrimination assessments, with normal intellectual capacity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological dysfunction such as cerebral palsy, intellectual abnormalities, etc.; 2. Malformations or abnormalities in the middle ear, inner ear, or auditory nerve; 3. Incomplete electrode insertion or inability to complete intraoperative ART testing; 4. Parental or subject non-consent to participate in the study.
