Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old; 2. Abdominal x-ray, ultrasound, and/or urological CT diagnosis of kidney stones, straight stones diameter >= 2 cm, or multiple kidney stones, or staghorn stones; 3. Absence of hydrops in the target calyces, or diagnosis of mild hydronephrosis (manifested by B ultrasound Renal parenchymal thickness and echogenicity are normal, renal volume is normal, and collecting systems are separated 1.5 to 3 cm, anechoic area of type O or C can be seen in the renal sinuses); 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dilation of the collecting system is found preoperatively or intraoperatively; 2. Combined with uncontrollable urinary tract infection, sepsis, pyelonephritis, etc.; 3. Complex stones requiring multi-channel processing; 4. Bilateral upper ureteral or bilateral kidney stones; 5. History of ipsilateral PCNL surgery; 6. Upper urinary tract stones with abnormal anatomical structure (solitary kidney stones, duplicate kidney stones, double renal pelvic stones, horseshoe kidney stones, sponge kidney stones, etc..; 7. Combined with kidney tumors; 8. Coagulation abnormalities that cannot be corrected; 9. Those who cannot undergo surgery due to heart, brain, lung and other comorbidities; 10. Those who have severe deformity of the spine and obesity and cannot lie on their stomachs; 11. Patients with contraindications to ultrasound contrast medium (e.g., shunt heart disease, contrast agent allergy, etc..; 12. Pregnant or lactating women.
