Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were confirmed to have breast cancer by histopathological examination; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. underwent axillary lymph node dissection 4. Capable of good communication; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study and able to cooperate with follow-up procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of cognitive impairment or communication barriers in language or writing; 2. Upper limb disability; 3. Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys; 4. Patients who have already developed upper limb edema for any reason.
