Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Symptom onset within 3 or 4.5 hours; 3.Non-contrast CT excluding intracranial hemorrhage, suggesting acute ischemic stroke; 4.CTA/MRA confirming absence of large vessel occlusion(Defined as: extracranial/intracranial internal carotid artery, vertebral artery (V1-V4 segments), basilar artery, P1 segment of posterior cerebral artery, A1 segment of anterior cerebral artery, and M1/M2 segments of middle cerebral artery); 5.NIHSS score 5-20; 6.Informed consent obtained from patient or legally authorized representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to intravenous thrombolysis; 2.Contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT); 3.Refusal of either intravenous thrombolysis or emergency HBOT; 4.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5.Active malignancy; 6.Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score >=3; 7.Unwillingness to provide informed consent.
