Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 60 years; 2.Had a positive result in the 1-minute test for OP and a high-risk level according to the OSTA; 3.Were willing to undergo BMD testing at their own expense and met the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of OP in older people in China (2018 Edition); 4.Provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe mental disorders and cognitive disabilities; 2.Individuals with secondary OP caused by other diseases (such as diabetes, thyroid disease, chronic kidney disease, and connective tissue disease, among other diseases) or medications (such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, heparin, anticonvulsants, and anticancer drugs, among other drugs); 3.Participants with organic bone lesions; 4.Participants who expected to be away from home for more than one year.
