0.1 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 1 month to 12 years old; (2) Children under mechanical ventilation; (3) PICU admission time> 24 hours; (4) Pediatric critical illness score <80 points; (5) There is no contraindication to enteral nutrition, and enteral nutrition is performed 24-48 hours after admission to PICU; (6) The enteral nutrition route is nasogastric tube; (7) The child and/or family members have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study. (The family members of children under 8 years old need informed consent; the children over 8 years old need informed consent from the child and family members).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with serious gastrointestinal diseases, history of gastrointestinal surgery and other gastrointestinal functional damage; (2) Children with severe abdominal distension, obesity, abdominal wall deformity and other conditions that cannot be examined by abdominal ultrasound; (3) children with intracranial hemorrhage, spinal cord injury and other conditions that are not suitable for changing position; (4) Children suffering from infectious diseases; (5) Patients who stopped enteral nutrition before ultrasound evaluation.
