Interventions

Intervention group:On the basis of routine care, intervention was carried out by combining dyadic illness management theory with perma model through online and offline combination.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative lung cancer patients (1) Postoperative patients diagnosed with lung cancer by pathological section or cytology; (2) Age? 18 years old; (3) The condition is relatively stable, conscious and able to express one's wishes correctly; (4) Know the condition; (5) Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form. Family caregivers (1) One designated family caregiver for lung cancer patients who have been included in this study, with a cumulative care time of more than 72 hours; (2) One of the family members of the hospitalized lung cancer patient, such as his/her spouse, children, parents or other relatives; (3) Age? 18 years old; (4) Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form; (5) Know the condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postoperative lung cancer patients (1) Those with other cancers or serious life-threatening diseases; (2) Audio-visual impairment, or previous mental or cognitive impairment; (3) Currently receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment. Family caregivers (1) Audio-visual impairment, or previous mental or cognitive impairment; (2) Currently receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment.
