Control Group:The butterfly needle was inserted at three sites and then secured in the direction away from the puncture sites.
Experimental Group:The butterfly needle was inserted at three sites and then secured in the direction facing the puncture sites.
Experimental Group:The butterfly needle was inserted at any site and then secured in the direction facing the puncture site.
Control Group:The butterfly needle was inserted at any site and then secured in the direction away from the puncture site.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–80 years; 2. Normal complete blood count (CBC) and coagulation function; 3. Good cardiopulmonary function; 4. The surface ECG shows sinus rhythm; 5. Provided informed consent to participate in this study; 6. The postoperative chest X-ray showed that the tip of the catheter was located at 1-2 vertebral levels below the carina;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on mechanical ventilation; 2. Individuals with psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients with intraoperative changes in condition; 4. Patients who developed complications related to the port-a-cath during or after surgery;
