Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Study participants diagnosed with NMOSD through clinical evaluation, comprehensive imaging, and laboratory tests (meeting the diagnostic criteria in the 2021 Chinese NMOSD Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines); (2) Participants in the NMOSD study had movement disorders and neurogenic bladder; (3) The condition is stable and suitable for non-invasive neuromodulation therapy; (4) Age between 18-65 years old, male or female not limited; (5) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form, and be able to understand and comply with the research process and follow-up requirements; (6) Possess basic cognitive functions and communication skills, with an MMSE score of >= 27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate neuroregulatory rehabilitation therapy; (2) Diagnosed with mental illness, severe depression (with suicidal tendencies), or epilepsy study participants; (3) Severe joint contractures or other musculoskeletal disorders that affect rehabilitation training; (4) Study participants who suffer from consciousness disorders for any reason; (5) Research participants with TMS contraindications, such as metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices in the body; (6) We are currently using drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex, such as antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.
