Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who signed the informed consent and delivered vaginally-had normal reading comprehension and communication skills, and the standard score of ZUNG's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) was less than 50 points. 2.Parturients are graded according to ASA: I-II 3.Vaginal natural delivery is suitable for prenatal examination by obstetricians 4. Meet the following conditions: first birth, single birth, Full term, head pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of epidural puncture 2.Basal body temperature >= 37.5 ? 3. Age 40 years 4.A history of drug abuse 5.There are indications of cesarean section 6.Pregnant women belong to the following high-risk pregnancy range: pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, placental abruption, gestational diabetes, hypertension syndrome, heart function >= II, hyperthyroidism and other diseases, abnormal heart, liver, pancreas and kidney function . 7. Pre-operative examination of premature rupture of membranes,labor 8 h or midcourse to section.
