Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Pathologically confirmed oral cancer; 2. Ages from 18 to 60; 3. Married and living with spouses for a long time, and the spouse as an inpatient companion; 4. DS-II score > 9; 5. Aware of their condition, no cognitive disorders clear logic, normal reading, writing and communication skills; 6. Elementary school education level and above and able to communicate normally; 7. Voluntarily participate in this survey and the informed consent. Spouses: 1. The spouses of the included oral cancer patients; 2. Elementary school education level and above and able to communicate normally; 3. Volarily participate in this survey and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting other somatic diseases or suffering from other disabilities; 2. History of mental disorders or family history of mental disorders (depression excluded); 3. Having suffered severe psychosocial traumatic stress events in the past month; 4. Lacking the ability to respond physically or psychologically; 5. Receiving other psychological treatment in the past two months; 6. Tumor recurrence or metastasis (short life expectancy unable to complete long-term follow-up); 7. Needing to receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy later
