Interventions

Group C (control group) : intravenous injection with 0.9% normal saline:Thirty minutes before the end of the operation, the same amount of 0.9% normal saline was intravenously injected.
Group D1: intravenous injection with dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.2µg/kg:Thirty minutes before the end of the operation, dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.2µg/kg was intravenously injected.
Group D1: intravenous injection with dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.5µg/kg:Thirty minutes before the end of the operation, dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.5µg/kg was intravenously injected.
Group D1: intravenous injection with dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.8µg/kg:Thirty minutes before the end of the operation, dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.8µg/kg was intravenously injected.

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone radical mastectomy for breast cancer and general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. ASA Grade I - III; 3. Age >=60 years old; 4. No serious heart, lung or systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed dementia, Parkinson's disease and stroke; 2. Age over 90; 3. Communication disorders or preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 6. Sick sinus node syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia or second-degree and above atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 7. Take sedatives and antidepressants; 8. History of alcohol or drug abuse.
