Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 meets the diagnostic criteria for a frozen shoulder. 2 Patients whose range of motion of the affected shoulder joint meets one of the following conditions: limited lifting in passive shoulder joint extension or flexion position; Passive backward extension and elbow flexion, unable to touch the opposite scapular angle; Passive adduction, internal rotation, and inability to touch the opposite shoulder peak with the middle finger of the shoulder. 3 Untreated or treated but after one week of washout period. 4 Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Acute shoulder joint injury, shoulder joint fractures, dislocations, tuberculosis, tumors, rheumatism, and rheumatoid arthritis. 2 In poorly controlled diabetes, fasting blood glucose was higher than 8 mmol/L. 3 Cervical spondylosis or cervical disc herniation involving shoulder and arm pain disorders. 4 Serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems. 5 Severe osteoporosis, etc. Pregnant women, Mental disorders and inability to cooperate with treatment.
