Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Workplaces Inclusion criteria • Directors of these workplaces conforms to and agrees with this study protocol; • A separation distance of at least one km between each of these workplaces to minimize the risk of contamination. Participants Inclusion criteria • Being 18-60 years old, and engaged in full-time work; • Having received at least one wave surveys in CCWA; • Having access to the internet via a smartphone, and being willing to use a wearable device if eligible; • Having engaged in at least one unhealthy lifestyle behavior, including smoking, alcohol consumption, low level of physical activity, unhealthy diet, or poor body shape (overweight or obesity) in the prior survey in CCWA;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Workplaces Exclusion criteria • Participating in any other similar health lifestyle promotion interventions. Participants Exclusion criteria • Having a history of major psychiatric illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia and bipolar disorder), cardiovascular diseases, and severe cognitive and hearing impairment according to their medical records; • Having any major surgery (e.g., heart transplantation) in the past year; • Receiving cancer treatment; • Being pregnant;
