Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients undergoing thoracoscopic pneumonectomy; 2.had no contraindication to the operation; 3.patients or their family members knew and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.unwilling to cooperate with the researcher; 2.patients with language communication disorder; 3.patients whose hospitalization time was less than 24 hours after operation.
