Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock follows the Third international consensus on the sepsis defense law The criteria outlined in (sepsis-3). If the patient is over 18 years old and after admission Within 24 hours, they are eligible to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included pregnancy, immunosuppression, leukopenia, and hematologic malignancy tumor or initiation of palliative care.
