Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with grade I hypertension combined with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension, hypertension is graded as grade 1, and do not take antihypertensive drugs regularly; 2. Abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism; 3. Age between 18~70 years old; 4. Subjects are informed and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers 1. No underlying diseases such as hypertension and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in the past; 2. Age between 18~70 years old; 3. The subject is informed and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with grade I hypertension and impaired glucose and lipid metabolism 1. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal tumors or gastrointestinal hand The procedure may affect the results of intestinal flora testing; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with other serious primary diseases or malignant tumors such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, kidney, hematopoietic, immune system (including patients with unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis) and other diseases that may affect cytokine levels; 4. Use of lipid-regulating drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, and antibiotics 2 weeks before enrollment; 5. Consumption of probiotics, prebiotics or synbiotics within the past 2 weeks prior to enrollment, including foods containing probiotics, such as yogurt, probiotic dairy products, etc. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Use of lipid-modifying drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics or synbiotics within the past 2 weeks prior to enrollment, including taking foods containing probiotics, such as yogurt, probiotic dairy products, etc.
