Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: West China Hospital of Sichuan University first made a clear diagnosis of the included patients and screened them according to some of the following criteria. 1. Age>=6 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients with clinically confirmed moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The severity classification definition in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis (2023 Edition) is used as the standard, that is, PASI>=3, BSA>=3% or DLQI>=6 is "moderate to severe";

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection; 2. Allergy to biological agents or a history of allergy to multiple drugs; 3. Patients with active tuberculosis infection or latent tuberculosis infection without treatment; 4. Obvious liver damage; 5. Suffering from malignant tumors; 6. Recent use of immunosuppressants; 7. History of drug abuse or psychiatric illness; 8. Patients with severe heart failure; 9. Patients with immunodeficiency; 10. Women who are pregnant, lactating, or have a family plan in a short period of time 11. Inspection indicators during the screening period.
