Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients hospitalized in a tertiary hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 who needed to receive medical education. Inclusion criteria(1) age >=18 years, gender not limited; (2) clear diagnosis, patients who need to receive medical education; (3) clear consciousness, able to understand and cooperate with the study; (4) voluntarily participate in this study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe hearing impairment, unable to normally receive voice education; (2) severe cognitive impairment, unable to understand education content; (3) expected hospitalization time <3 days; (4) previously participated in similar studies.
