Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient Group (1) Patients aged between 12 and 80 years, clinically diagnosed with depressive disorders, bipolar and related disorders, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, or obsessive-compulsive and related disorders; (2) Voluntarily participate, sign an informed consent form, and complete questionnaire surveys and biological sample collection. Healthy Control Group (1) Individuals aged between 12 and 80 years, with normal communication and comprehension abilities, and without chronic or major physical illnesses (such as heart disease, diabetes, or severe hypertension); (2) Voluntarily participate with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient Group (1) Patients with organic mental disorders, or disease episodes induced by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; (2) Failure to provide valid informed consent; the subject and/or their legal guardian refuse to participate after being informed. Healthy Control Group (1) Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases or psychiatric disorders; (2) The subject or their legal guardian refuse to participate after being informed.
