Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Interstitial cystitis (1) Patients aged 18 and above; (2) Previously diagnosed as interstitial cystitis with a duration of>6 months; (3) Cystoscopy examination to determine the characteristic pathological manifestations of the bladder wall; (4) O'Leary Sant interstitial cystitis symptom and problem index score exceeding 18; (5) Those who agree to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form. Non muscle invasive bladder cancer (1) Under cystoscopy, it appears as a single pedunculated tumor; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of non muscle invasive bladder cancer and is confirmed by pathology; (3) First diagnosis;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Interstitial cystitis (1) History of bladder diseases (overactive bladder, neurogenic bladder, bladder stones, radiation cystitis); (2) History of urethral diseases (urethral diverticulum, urethral stricture, urethral stones); (3) History of the following treatments within 24 weeks: bloating, bladder laser therapy, bladder electrocoagulation, transurethral resection and pelvic reconstruction surgery, nerve block or spinal cord stimulation to relieve pain; (4) History of bladder enlargement surgery or bladder resection surgery in the past; (5) Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, or clinical evaluations are not suitable for inclusion in the study. Non muscle invasive bladder cancer (1) Previous history of radiation and chemotherapy; (2) There are urinary system infections and stones present; (3) Important organ dysfunction; (4) Individuals who have undergone invasive urinary system examinations or surgeries within the past 3 months; (5) Merge with other malignant tumors; (6) Accompanied by mental disorders and cognitive impairments; (7) Metastatic bladder cancer
