Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intestinal samples were collected from patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease (older than 18 years old, younger than 80 years old) and undergoing surgery in our hospital from 2023 to 2024, and their normal intestinal tissues were used as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Crohn's disease have intestinal malignancies, or giant cell infection, or intestinal tuberculosis, or intestinal fistulas, or other malignancies.
