18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (2024 CDS diabetes diagnostic criteria) and treated with at least one type of insulin. 2. Men and women who are at least 18 years old with informed consent. 3. The oral medication is metformin. 4. The patient is willing and able to provide written informed consent before participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes. 2. Patients with severe ketosis, diabetic coma or coma, severe infection or severe trauma, and those in the perioperative period. 3. Patients with severe renal function impairment and advanced kidney disease, eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m². 4. Patients who are undergoing dialysis treatment. 5. Kidney transplant patients. 6. Currently participating in or having participated in any other clinical trials within the past three months. 7. Any disease with an expected lifespan of less than two years. 8. Pregnant or lactating women
