Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18 years or older; 2. Scheduled for thoracoscopic wedge/lobectomy/segmentectomy; 3. ASA classification: I-III; 4. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to regional nerve block (including coagulation disorders, local anesthetic allergy, anatomical abnormalities, systemic infection, or infection at the injection site); 2. History of long-term opioid use; 3. Patients with chronic pain; 4. Patients requiring postoperative ICU admission for continued supportive care; 5. Emergency surgery/repeat ipsilateral lung resection/intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy; 6. Patients with psychiatric disorders affecting pain assessment; 7. Patients with severe impairment of major organ function; 8. Any reason rendering the patient unable to cooperate with the study or deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
