Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in ICD-10/DSM-5; 2. Age: 16 years old=60 points 5. Informed consent of the patient or his guardian has been obtained and the patient agrees to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other mental disorders or alcohol and drug dependence (except nicotine dependence); 2. History of major head trauma (loss of consciousness, time >5 min), CT or magnetic resonance showed brain structural abnormalities, thyroid-related diseases, infectious diseases (hepatitis B, large and small three yangs are excluded), and neurological diseases; History of other psychiatric conditions and drug and drug abuse. 3. Suffering from serious physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney insufficiency and poorly controlled diabetes and hypertension; 4. Pregnant or lactating women;
