Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Dry Eye Group: 1) Age >= 18 years; 2) Diagnosed with dry eye according to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Dry Eye (2020)", without other eye diseases except dry eye (excluding refractive errors); 3) Able to cooperate with relevant examinations and training; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Non-Dry Eye Group: 1) Age >= 18 years; 2) No history of eye diseases (excluding refractive errors); 3) Able to cooperate with relevant examinations and training; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dry Eye Group: 1) NEI corneal fluorescein staining score > 5 points; 2) Presence of extensive ocular surface scarring or factors affecting ocular surface integrity, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, graft-versus-host disease, or previous chemical burns; 3) Received local or systemic treatments, physical therapies, etc., that may affect the tear film within the last 3 months; 4) Underwent ocular surgery, radiotherapy, laser treatment, or wore contact lenses within the last 3 months; 5) Individuals with disabilities, communication barriers, or inability to complete examinations; 6) Allergy to sodium fluorescein; 7) Other populations deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers. 2.Non-Dry Eye Group: 1) Received local or systemic treatments, physical therapies, etc., that may affect the tear film within the last 3 months; 2) Underwent ocular surgery, radiotherapy, laser treatment, or wore contact lenses within the last 3 months; 3) Individuals with disabilities, communication barriers, or inability to complete examinations; 4) Allergy to sodium fluorescein; 5) Other populations deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
