18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 60 years; 2. No restriction on sex; 3. Patients diagnosed with OSA based on overnight polysomnography (PSG); 4. Visited the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between 2022 and 2024; 5. Received CPAP therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete information on blood pressure or covariates (including age, sex, BMI, smoking status, alcohol consumption, blood lipid profile, complete blood count, blood biochemical parameters, and diabetes status); 2. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease or serious psychiatric conditions such as severe anxiety or depression; 3. Patients who had previously received treatments that might affect the results of polysomnography, such as non-invasive positive pressure ventilation or oropharyngeal orthodontic devices.
