18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18-70 years 2. Patients with sleep rhythm disorders(PSQI>5);3. Stable using hypnotic or not using hypnotic within one week; 4.No suicidal tendencies or behaviors;5. Sign the informed consent form;6.Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of epilepsy; 2. History of major depression or other mental illness; 3.History of alcohol or drug dependence; 4. Suffering from sleep apnea and other organic diseases;5.There are metal implants, pacemakers, etc. in the body;6. Unable to cooperate.
