Gold Standard:1. The primary lesion of the esophagus is based on pathological results as the gold standard

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Esophageal cancer confirmed by surgical pathological results (age>=18 years old, gender is not limited); 2. 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging before surgery; 3. Lymph node metastasis confirmed by surgical pathology or follow-up; 4. Complete clinical information, PET/CT imaging and follow-up data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.combination of other tumors or inflammatory infectious lesions; 2.interventional therapy such as adjuvant therapy and/or surgery before PET/CT examination; 3.blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L at the time of PET/CT examination;
