Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Have symptoms of chronic low back pain for > 3 months; 3. Visual analogue pain score (VAS) > 3 points in the past 1 week; 4. Have not experienced pain or changes in treatment regimen in the past month; 5. Able to understand and willing to sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, suffering from various systemic diseases, brain injuries or neuropsychiatric disorders, etc.; 2. Patients with contraindications to CT or MRI examination 3. Those who have clearly caused pain or other primary diseases and need to be treated in time; 4. Those who have received any form of analgesic or anxiolytic or depression treatment in the past 1 week; 5. Those who have used any investigational drugs or are using psychotropic drugs in the past 30 days;
