Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient signed the informed consent form and had the ability to comply with the study requirements; 2. Children aged >= 5 years, both male and female; 3. Diagnosed with allergic rhinitis or mild to moderate asthma (FEV1 > 80%) according to the diagnostic criteria of the ARIA guidelines and GINA 2023 guidelines; 4. The patient had a positive skin prick test or specific IgE test for Lingge spore or a combination of Lingge spore and other allergens (house dust mites or dust mites, cat dander, dog dander, Lingge spore, horse hair, mugwort, birch pollen or alder and hazel pollen, timothy grass pollen, or other common grass pollen, ragweed).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with FEV1% < 80%, or patients with uncontrolled asthma or severe asthma; 2. Patients receiving ß-blockers or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors; 3. Patients who are unable to understand or cooperate; 4. Other patients deemed unsuitable for desensitization treatment by the physician.
