Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed as Siewert type II AEG; 2. Tumor involvement of EGJ; 3. The lymph node dissection range is D2 lower mediastinal lymph node; 4. No distant metastasis, no middle and upper mediastinal lymphadenopathy; 5. The pathological T stage is TI-T4a, the length of the tumor is =4cm, and the length of the esophagus is <3cm; 6. Complete surgical and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Late pathological stage, preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. After palliative surgery; 3. Gastroscopy or pathological examination has not confirmed adenocarcinoma; 4. Distant metastasis of the tumor; 5. Have a history of other malignant tumors; 6. Lack of clinicopathological data.
