Interventions

Observation group:In observation group, 150mg pregabalin was taken orally 1h before surgery, and ultrasus-guided anterior serrated muscle plane block operation was performed on the affected side befor
Control group:The control group was given placebo capsules orally before operation, and 1ml of 0.9% normal saline was injected subcutaneously into the affected side before anesthesia induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients who met the diagnostic criteria of breast cancer and planned to undergo unilateral breast cancer surgery in our hospital; (2) age 20-65 years old; (3) body mass index (BMI) 18-24kg/m^2; (4)ASA grade I-II; (5) expected operation time within 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with a history of acute or chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics before surgery; (2) block site infection; (3) history of ropivacaine allergy; (4) heart, liver, brain, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; (5) previous history of mastectomy or other thoracic surgery; (6) mental and neurological disorders.
