Interventions

Study Group:Research group: Suspend ventilator ventilation and switch to tracheal intubation for high flow oxygen supply. The flow rate is 40L/min, and FIO2 is the same as before. Continue to observe
Control group::The traditional SBT method was adopted: the mechanical ventilation mode was changed to the PSV mode, the PS level was set at 7cmH2O, PEEP<5cmH2O, FIO2 was subject to the same parameters

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old; Patients undergoing mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation meet the requirements of the SBT test;Can pass the 3-minute SBT screening test;The patient or authorized representative is informed, voluntarily participates in the experimental study, and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing tracheotomy;Patients with spinal cord injury;Patients with myasthenia gravis;Guillain Barre syndrome.
