Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy/segment resection under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3.BMI18-30 kg /m^2; 4. ASA Grading I.-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI>=30kg/m^2; 2. Presence of contraindications to thoracic paravertebral nerve block; 3. Combined with severe arrhythmia or circulatory system disease, poor liver and kidney function, respiratory system and coagulation system dysfunction; 4. Have communication disorders and are unable to complete the relevant scores normally; 5. I or my authorized person do not accept the plan.
