Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of "Zhejiang Province Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Cryptococcus Disease" and "Expert Consensus on Prevention and Treatment of Venous Thromboembolism during Pregnancy and Postpartum Period"; 2.Sign relevant informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of complete medical history, non-standard diagnosis and treatment, or those who give up treatment in the middle; 2.Those with severe cardiovascular andbrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; 3.Individuals who disagree to be included in this study for personal reasons.
