Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnosis of type L1 Crohn's disease and intestinal tuberculosis are specifically: Patients with definite discharge diagnosis from Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2023. There is no gold standard for relevant diagnosis, and they need to be diagnosed in combination with clinical, laboratory, pathology, imaging, guidelines and other comprehensive diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unclear diagnosis.
