Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years in AIS patients; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS; 3.Undergoing CT and CTA examinations within 24 hours after symptom onset; 4.Complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage; 2.Severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, or other vital organs; 3.History of malignant tumors; 4.Previous brain surgery; 5.Comorbid psychiatric disorders;
