Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Undergo isolated mitral valve surgery (MVP/MVR) or concomitant non-complex combined procedures (e.g., tricuspid valve plasty, radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation, left atrial appendage closure, patent foramen ovale closure);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years; 2. Concurrent procedures (e.g., coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic valve surgery, aortic root/ascending aorta surgery); 3. Emergency surgery (time from diagnosis to operation <24 hours) or hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg requiring vasoactive drugs or cardiogenic shock);
