Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis (symptoms such as intermittent claudication, radiating pain in the lower limbs, with imaging showing spinal canal stenosis), aged 40-80 years, requiring surgery due to ineffective conservative treatment. Unilateral approach is suitable for single-segment stenosis. Patients should be able to comply with follow-up and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of surgical contraindications (such as coagulopathy, severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, etc.), multi-segment stenosis, spinal deformities or spondylolisthesis, previous surgery at the target segment, severe neurological damage, pregnancy, or psychiatric disorders. Imaging shows bony abnormalities that hinder minimally invasive procedures.
