Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age 18-60 years; 2. Patients with breast cancer pathologically diagnosed according to Chinese CACA and CSCO guidelines, and the expression of HER2 immunohistochemistry is (-), if the expression of HER2 immunohistochemistry is , the expression of FISH is negative, it is regarded as low expression, if the expression of HER2 immunohistochemistry is , and the expression of FISH is positive, it is regarded as high expression; 3. The patient signs the informed consent form.
