Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. ICU Patients undergone cardiac surgery (selective / emergency ) 3. Received CPB during cardiac surgery 4. Received invasive mechanical ventilation (controlled model), no spontaneous breathing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years 2. Postoperative cardiac patients admitted to the ICU for other reasons (non-surgical reasons) 3. Did not receive CPB during cardiac surgery 4. Patients with severe chronic kidney disease (eGFR<15), kidney transplantation, and chronic dialysis 5. AKI has occurred before surgery 6. Patients was extubated or had spontaneous breathing 7. Poor ultrasound imaging or intolerance to ultrasound examination 8. Under mechanical circulation support 9. Liver cirrhosis with Child-Pugh C grade 10. On the prone position, pregnancy 11. Unrecoverable end-of-life state, or expected death within 24 hours
