Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar disc herniation (2) Strict conservative treatment is ineffective (3) No history of lumbar spine infection, tumor, fracture and other trauma and surgery (4) The clinical data are complete, meet the indications for surgery, and the patient and his family members sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have a history of lumbar spine surgery in the past (2) Those with clear contraindications to surgery (3) Those with severe metabolic diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other organ dysfunction (4) Patients with severe coagulation function or immune dysfunction (5) Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis or spinal deformity (6) Those with a diagnosis of malignant tumor or serious infection (7) Those who carry a pacemaker (8) Patients with poor compliance or mental illness
