Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Student of Zhejiang Normal University Age requirement: 18-25 years old. Sample requirements: Due to the needs of the research purpose, the sample group is mainly school students. Health requirements: good health, normal mobility of limbs. Other Criteria: Meet the criteria for the PAR-Q questionnaire to allow for testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Zhejiang Normal University students Color blindness (screening before testing), confirmed chronic non-communicable diseases and other conditions, people with medical orders to limit physical activity, and people with recent physical abnormalities.
