Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for GD and giant goiter at the same time; 2.Complete pre-treatment data and regular follow-up after treatment; 3.There are no contraindications to radioactive iodine treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating, or those planning to become pregnant within 4-6 months; 2.Patients who have previously undergone thyroidectomy or 131I treatment; 3.Patients diagnosed with or suspected of having thyroid cancer; 4.Patients lost to follow-up or with incomplete clinical data.
